Our Head of School is Leaving?! June 14th is coming

On Monday we got the news that Dr.Hudson is leaving which is so sad. Singing, poem, dancing and being happy was a good way to leave. I liked the choir singing the song. I liked the poem even though it was kind of long. The dancing was good.


June 14 is coming. I am happy and not happy

How Many More Weeks Of School?

I am wondering how many more weeks of school because there are 2 things that I am exited and not exited about

1. one thing I am exited about is about summer school
       a. I get to do different activities. it is like ASA (after school activity)

2. I am not exited because Addy is leaving!
       a. That is sad because Addy has been my friend since 2nd grade.
       b. she likes L.O.L dolls just like me and Hana do


That is exactly why I am wondering how many more weeks of school ?

My Handwriting Needs To Be Improved

The Handwriting that I have needs to be changed. I completely do not like it. Some people say "Arya your handwriting is amazing" but I do not agree with them. I always try my best but it still does not work. Will my handwriting improve?

Neat in Math!

Today in math our teacher always says neat work. Today in math I wanted to try my best to do neat work. I kept on doing something neat. When the teacher sees it I want her to be able to read this.
 I have tried my best. ( probably not best to best but I tried) This has been easy and hard. Will the teacher be able to read what I am saying?

Earth week

This week was Earth week and it was fun. On Monday the activity we did was Earth hour were we close the electricity for and hour. I felt happy about that but I had p.e. so I had to do p.e. in the dark with no fan turned on. On Tuesday we had an assembly and over there we learned how to save the Earth. I wander what else there would be.

Our New Soc. Studies Unit!

In school we are starting a new unit which seems fun but I wonder if it is fun or not. Today when we did the poster our poster was about pencils and had to answer many questions. at least we were not doing something else. We had many pencils around us. The picture gave us the answer. One of the questions was were it was made. The picture clearly said that the pencil was made in Germany. It was hard but me and my friends studied the picture carefully and it gave the answer we thought it was. What it going to be next?

Decimals

Today in class we were doing decimals. At the beginning of learning decimals many questions came up like What is a decimal? When I saw the place value chart I went what?!?!? I was totally confused. Today when the teacher showed me the place value chart I understand that chart because she explains very slowly and it makwles sense.
