The main character is Stink and Judy they both don't want the rain but it was so stong so they played games with grandma Lou and in the end the rain stops. the life lesson is that don't get scared during blackout, I would recamend this book to 3rd graders and even other. there is a lot of strong verb. the auther is Megan Mcdonald
